ITA - Thailand's Association of IATA Accredited Travel Agents
Thailand leads the world as a travel destination. We also sends 10m passengers internationally every year. This is done through airlines and accredited travel agents, who are officially licensed and professionally trained to guide passengers there and back safely.
Since COVID, we have seen a fast evolution of traveler and consumer behavior. So fast that external factors like economy, technology, payments and marketing are shifting the way we manage travel.
Our aim is simple, ITA aims to promote and support all accredited travel agents in their daily and critical industrial changes by knowledge exchange and forming a formal working group with suppliers.
We are a group of non-profit volunteers and seeks only to develop the welfare of travel agents and its peers. ITA represents more than 80% of Thailand's air ticket sales volume through decision makers and influential industry veterans.
To drive change, we must be the change.
